I.HAD.SO.MUCH.FUN.DOING.THIS. XDWell, in it's category, it says airbrushing in digital art, so it pretty much says how I drew this
I find that it looks a little like it was done with chalk, but that's just me X3 Enjoy! Kyogre belongs to Nintendo~

I know this is gonna sound strange, but it reminds me of the Lion King, how Rafiki drew a lion cub on the wall? It's like the same sort of soft outline... I dunno why it made me think of that XD Lovely picture anyway!
