Dippy!

This one is special to me. I’ll never forget the moment back in 2015 when I visited the London Natural History Museum and saw Dippy the diplodocus for the first time in all of its skeletal cast glory. I mean it’s obvious these animals are gargantuan but when I saw it firsthand, it was a great moment of feeling the actual scale which pictures are unable to convey quite the same. Therefore this piece is just my limited way of sharing this wonderful creature of the past through my imagination and adoration.

What an experience, thanks mum for bringing me there! I hope someday I’ll get to see Sue hihi 🦖
