Great drawing ! I love the way you drew her ! and especiallt the pose is well done ! The hands look also great and the proportions are really well done ~ The drawing overall is simple but very well executed . You did well with the shading too . Especially , the shading on her black clothes , it looks so great by the way ! It is a good looking artwork color wise and the hatching on some parts looks in place and not overly done , plus it looks like the original teen titans style we all grew up with !
A small tip i would like to add is to add a bit more ccolor towaards the neck and chest , I know Jinx is colored very pale but maybe a but more to make it pop off against the dark- ish colored background . the background istelf is simple , I suck at backgrounds so I wouldn't really nitpick it , but I would've loved to see a bit more in the background , not that it looks bad , as I said before the drawing looks great , good job and looking forward to more of your art !

I love the way you drew her! I love your style, it's certainly unique, but you can still tell who it is that you've drawn. ^_^ I love that you used your own style rather than just mimicking the art directly from the show. Although the show art is great, with the use of your style, you brought unique character to a unique character! I honestly have nothing bad to say about this piece, not only because of the major nostalgic feelings I have for it. Along with the unique character you added to Jinx in terms of her looks, I also love the smaller details. I love how you drew her dress

I really apreciate your kind words! Messy line art is a lot more fun to me, but I do agree that perhaps it would look better if I cleaned it up a little! I'll keep that in mind for future drawings! ^_^ I really like your idea of a glitter effect for her powers. Honestly I just use a mouse and Firealpaca, which is free. It's definitely easier with a tablet, (if that's what you meant by resources) but you can still do it! ^_^

I wanted to clarify what I said regarding the line art! I realize that "sloppy" is a somewhat offensive way of describing what I meant, but it was just the first term that I thought to use. "Choppy" or "inconsistent" is a more appropriate wording for what I was trying to get across
