Well you have a nice cel shading thing going here. Do you have a wacom tablet or do you use a mouse?

I used the mouse only. It's just that I don't know how to make a profesional airbrush colouring.

well professional is what you make of it. One of the best webcomic artists out there is Ian McConville, and he did all of Mac Hall with a mouse, not sure about Three Panel Soul though.
