I love wildcat, but black panther would destroy him.

Black Panther in a landslide. He's a better fighter overall, has more at his disposal (anti-metal daggers, vibranium weave suit that can cancel out all of Wildcat's punches), has better stats (especially since his Panther Goddess upgrades) and has better feats (took down Iron Fist, one of Marvel's best h2h fighters and on a level well above Batman with an earpiece). Wildcat has the body and strength of a sixty year old former athlete desperately trying, and slowly failing, to hold onto his youth.
