Okay, first off, I know I have said that they will most likely not be re using characters, well it would appear I have been proven wrong! So I won't be saying anything about not re using characters!Also, this is the REAL next upcoming death battle! It was shown at the end of the public release of Godzilla VS Gamera! It will not be Tigerzord VS Epyon as shown at the SGC event and the poster I made.

batman even if he is not as strong as captain he can outsmart him, with his detective skills and resourses he could win, he defeated superman anyways

Batman is going to need to use his wits and skill in order to win.
In the physical department, Bats is a bit outmatched. Sure he can bench-press 1000lbs, but Cap is SUPER-Human. (IE - he can do things that took years of physical training for Batman to accomplish, for absolutely no effort on his part)
Batman's training as a detective, ninja and martial artist are the only things that will even the fight. Hopefully, his stealth will be able to overwhelm Cap, unlike Spiderman.

Since Spider-man beat Batman Captain America Should do the same one good throw or hit from Caps shield and it's over for Bats.

Captain America takes it. His endurance will allow him to outlast Batman, he hits for stronger thanks to the Super Soldier Serum putting him just into superhuman levels, whereas Batman is still just human. Everything about Cap puts him above Batman physically, and tactically they are about even.

I don't know. Captain America has a little above human abilities, Batman has pushed human limits. Captain America has an shield that can withstand anything, Batman has SEVERAL weapons. Both Cap and Batman had the best fighters in the world train them. SO MUCH AWESOMENESS IN FIGHT CAN'T DECIDED

Actually, this would probably be the closest matchup, at least from a DC vs Marvel standpoint. There are probably a couple of Marvel villains that I'm not thinking of that could make a fair fight for Batman, and there are probably some guys from other media, but I don't care enough to try and find a fair matchup in those settings.
