Basically, Batman has to fight against a weaker, slower Spiderman with an indestructible shield but without nets and Spider Sense....
The Dark Knight should take it.

While I admit I don't care for captain America to much, and that I love batman. But captain America would probably win this one. Far superior strength and speed, and batman's armour might Cap's durability, but then put the shield into the equation and cap takes the durability. Batman however is by far the more skilled combatant of the 2, and they may be all he needs to take this one, considering black panther beat cap. Then we get into arsenal, cap may get gun, something batman could easily disarm, avoid, or simply tank due to his armour. Then you have cap's shield which could easily defend him from the majority of batman's arsenal, and also get good hits on batman. But the shield is also inconsistent enough for batman to get some good hits, potentially deadly ones with his explosives, electrical bat-a-rangs , and possibly freeze and glue grenades if they take arkham games into consideration. Batman could possibly win considering he's taken people more powerful than cap without prep and won, but I think cap will probably win. They are probably doing this fight, because they want batman to win for once, have a cool animated fight planned, wanted to prove they are willing to reuse characters while taking a crack at one of the most popular Marvel vs. DC matches, or they just want to fuck with the oh so stubborn fantards(not the entire fan base, but all those whiny raging intolerable fantards that get all mad when batman is proven that he isn't God.

Screw Attack's writers forgot their are at least three different Captains America (Earth-616, Ultimate, and Marvel Cinematic Universe's Chris Evans), with different attitudes affecting their chances of winning.
Earth-616 Captain America has already LOST a fight to Batman, in 'DC vs. Marvel Comics' ( www.amazon.com/DC-vs-Marvel-Co…). He lost because he lacked the ruthlessness and cunning necessary to triumph; see in 'Heroes Reborn' ( www.amazon.com/Heroes-Reborn-C…) and 'Ice' ( www.amazon.com/Captain-America…), which specifically state Captain America refuses to kill, opposed the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and was cryogenically frozen BY THE US GOVERNMENT because the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES (Harry S. Truman) viewed Captain America as a potentially subversive element. Thanks to the talentless hacks who wrote those stories, Captain America is now the poster boy for "lawful stupid," and has NO CHANCE against Batman.
(Yes, I know any inhibitions against killing, will be removed prior to the Death Battle, according to the rules of a Death Battle. But how is it removed? If you don't explain why Batman- a character who refuses to kill- will suddenly decide to kill, then you aren't using Batman, you're using a different character, one who may have Batman's appearance and even his abilities, but who is still NOT Batman. See Jean-Paul Valley, and how comic book fans refuse to accept him as "Batman" when Bruce Wayne was incapacitated.)
Ultimate Captain America, on the other hand, has a very good chance against Batman. Whatever Mark Millar's flaws, at least he doesn't make his heroes the poster children for "lawful stupid," and Ultimate Captain America can actually match Batman's cunning. In an "all out" fight, Ultimate Captain America will actually go "all out"- he's willing to kill, if necessary- meaning his ruthlessness will give him the edge.
I'm not sure about Marvel Cinematic Universe Captain America's chances; although Chris Evans doesn't demonstrate "lawful stupid" tendencies in the movies I saw ('Captain America: The First Avenger' and 'The Avengers'), he doesn't demonstrate cunning or ruthlessness, either.

Either or, it just depends on who was the writer for this fight. Put the two of them in a ring, no weapons, no planning to face eachother and have them battle it out, I believe Cap would win. Give Batman time to prepare knowing that he is going up against Cap allowing Batman to bring in whatever he needs to win, Batman.

This is a Kabayashi Haru. A no-win scenario. We have Captain America. The pinnacle of science to be asserted to the human body. And then there's Batman. Who's spent his entire life to hone his mind, body & spirit to one singular purpose. This one death match where there is no winner.

What?!?! Spider-Man is far above CA in terms of all physical stats. CA is peak human potential, making him barely superhuman. Spiderman has shown that his strength can be anywhere between 10-25 tons, his speed allows him to dodge point blank automatic gunfire, and his durability has allowed him to take a punch from the Hulk. CA may be the better fighter (Marvel rates CA as a Class 7 fighter, which is the highest possible rank on their system, Spiderman is about a 5), but Spiderman has CA beat physiologically.
