Cap will win after a long fight, he has the strength and the agility to fight back. If Bane manages to at least break Cap´s hands he can win.

Cap. Im not sure exactly but id say Cap is about as strong or just a few levels bellow Bane in terms of strength, but speed he easily has Bane beaten. It wont be like fighting batman who is a skilled but average human. Itd be like fighting batman who has strength almost or closing in on Bane's, with more endurance, speed plus a shield Bane could never break.

Captain America will win but Bane will put up a good fight.

Captain America would win because Bane has to have his serum pump to his body all the time. Captain America doesn't have to. Plus Cap can just pull the tubes out or knock him out with his shield

if Bane try the back break move on cap while Cap shield is on his back he'll break his leg.

Bane's best victories, like Batman, is because of scouting. With the Venom he is strong but without it he is above average. Capt. on the other hand is a peak human who has dealt with opponents stronger and faster than Bane. In some cases, even smarter. And if crossovers are to be considered, Batman claims Capt would eventually win while Capt defeated Bane with a well placed shield shot.
Said shield ripped through a truck and can survive punches from the Hulk. As long as it is Steve Rogers behind the mask, my money is on America.

I can see this one go either way, in cross overs Cap and Batman tied and Bane is famous for "breaking the bat" (which lasted all of a week) so in a death battle I could believe Bane could pull off breaking the cap... Gonna take a few shield shots to the face but it can't be as bad as getting ruffed over by Superman or Batman's battle suit

Plus Bane has Defeated every member of Batman's covert ops group the Outsiders single handedly and without his venom so even if cap cuts his cord he's still a bloody monster
