I'm not even joking as Kiryu is the original Godzilla that showed up in the first movie... yeah HIS BONES ARE LITERALLY THE FRAMEWORK for Kiryu and what gives him he's awesome strength and shit.
Kiryu was built around the remains of the original Godzilla and reanimated by theΒ Anti-Megalosaurus Force and that IS The official canon of the series. Sooo yeah... it's basically Godzilla made into Robocop... but just EVIL vs Gypsy Danger...
yeah I don't see ANY BIOLOGICAL way for Gypsy to EVER when that fight.

Just wanted to make sure you weren't joking about it.... and thanks for seeing it from my point... Major Godzilla fan-boy and really wasn't sure if you knew all that about him so just wanted to point out the way I THOUGHT this was going to be a one-sided fight is all.
A better one you could've picked would be the 2nd official MechaGodzilla or MechaGodzilla 2.. that only appeared in the Heisei era...Β mainly because it's actually controlled by a team of pilots and crew members... so it's a better comparison and a better fight.Β SO it's a better and even fight as both have weaknesses and are controlled by people directly.

Undoubtedly Kiryu. Even though he's smaller (70 or so meters compared to Gypsy's 100), Kiryu is in possession of more weapons, AND he can go stark, raving bonkers and tear Gypsy a new reactor vent.

Actually, Gipsy Danger is officially 260ft tall or 79m while Kiryu is 60m tall.
However, in terms of weight, not even the heaviest PR being (Slattern, at 6750 tons) comes close to the weight of the Godzilla monsters.
Heck, Kamacuras is probably one of the lightest monster in the franchise (2800 tons) and it weights nearly 1000 tons more than Gipsy Danger despite being 27m smaller and made of exoskeleton and wings (it's a bug).
PR mechs and kajiu are tall enough but their low weight is a huge disadvantage. It allows them to move faster but also makes them easy to crush under the Godzilla monsters' weight and easy to lift, throw away or bearhug-crush.

MechaGodzilla, not only is he faster, but he has a wider range of weapons, and his sharp teeth and claws can probably tear through the Gypsy Danger.
