Description This is from a digital photo class I took over the summer. The photograph was taken by me as I tried out the macro setting on the camera, then I decided to add a bit to it on the compy. For anyone who's played the Pikmin games, there's a sense that adventures like theirs are happening everywhere you look if you take the time to notice. That, and you get the sense that it's fun to lead the Pikmin that can't swim into the water. *devilish laugh*

Olimar: Pikmin pick up that ... thing
Pikmin picked it up and sent to the ship
Ship: I call this Utter Scrap
Me: It looks like it is saying "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

i like this idea a lot paul.

i would attempt using the burn tool to make them fit into the lighting situation, and perhaps, perhaps, adjust the color balance a bit so they blend. maybe not so noticable at first (if that is possible!)

hey, thanks for the kind words, Matt! Not to mention the criticism, which is pretty rare to get a lot of the time! I'll admit I'm not very adapt with the burn tool and tend to avoid it, but I'll definitely go in and try to make the subtle changes you mention. Thanks very much!

surely paul. i think your explorations in design are more thought out than a lot in the department. keep with it.

thanks, that means quite a lot to me. it's certainly something that I love to do, at any rate. I've always liked your photography, and consider you one of the best artists on campus, so it certainly means something coming from you! : )
