It's easy to draw water with an airbrush (if Lily used it too).You just add simple blue color (choose any color you want) and then,just draw darker and lighter lines all over the blue color!REMEMBER: There must more light on the top,and dark blue on the bottom,corners etc.
To make the ''slow wave'' effect,just carefully add dark lines on any place you want,then add some light blue to make it look like silk!
NOW,to the sky!
For sky,you'll need ''natural light blue'' color (natural blue color is a color that isn't too light or too dark,and also,it must not be cyan because cyan is mostly a neon color).Use an airbrush and paint the sky.Now,to make it look more romantic,better or just...20 % cooler,I wanna give you a tip.
Β Where the sky ''touches'' the water,put a little bit light blue,and as you go up up and up to the end,put more darker,so you get the effect that it's morning or noon!You can add Sun too,but it's no necessary!
