Took inspiration from Ikenaga Yasunari, who’s works does have a lot of Japanese traditions in his contemporary paintings but also from western influences as well (I see a bit of Alphonse Mucha in his works). As well as Satoshi Kon, especially to “Perfect Blue”

I wanted to make this image erotic, but leave it ambiguous wether or not the action is consensual or non consensual. I feel like the relationship between males and females are nowadays at odds, especially with a lack of education or proper up bringing of people of either gender on either side. I guess I want to show the dangers of non consensual transactions and lack of communication or miscommunication.
