What do you mean? All of the corsets I do are temporary work and not intended to be permanent.

Do you mean the Prince Albert piercing? Most men get it to help sexually stimulate their partner, and some find sensitivity from the piercing on their own. Some may get it just because they think it looks good, or perhaps they didn't like how their penis looked before.
