Well.. Here I am at the very butt-crack of dawn (right now its 3:33 AM XX; ) posting an image which I've been breaking my back over for the past two days.
I don't really want to go into who he is right now. @@;
But he's my original character (Don't steal or a fate worse than Death-By-Scrubbin'Bubbles awaits you!!
) from a story/comic/manga/etc that I've been working on......
or at least thinking about working on. Oo;
Whether he has wings, or if he ends up getting pointed ears is still under "construction."
Blaaah.. I was kind of hoping to get his other arm in better, so I could draw out his tattoo... >T

He wanted to have his wings all....Y'noe out in the open right? But he didn't wnat to....rip his shirt so he took of his shirt. The the idea of ging to teh beach poped into his mind to check out the hot babe <~j/k bout da babes

Alrighty... Here's my guess:
This interesting little fellow just woke up on top of a cloud, and just put his cotton-candy wings on. (((That's what they make me think of...)))... they're so freshly grown that they're dripping cotton candy juices onto the cloud. This guy hasn't had a time to change, so he's still in his boxers! (WHEE!!
Obviously, this guy isn't very good at waking up, cuz his fellow cotton candy-winged buddies (who're either flying off in he distance, or around his nifty red hair) are already up and flying around.
And, the location, besides being up in a cloud... is the cloud is above a marina or port or... Pearl Harbor (( 
And, he's looking a bit miffed because someone sneaked up on his cloud ( 
And that, is my twisted description of what's going on in this lovely and very interesting picture!!

I can see the amount of work you put into this, I reall love the wings they are so pretty. He kind of reminds me of Kenshin, I think it's the hair. But a really nice job overall and the small detail in the background is a nice touch.
