Pretty much is accurate to this. Pretty much everything can take your breath away, and this can easily be one. That line, taken directly from page 101 of the first Eragon book, is a good example of why dragons are unique, and how powerful they are. Heck, even the line that says they don't know the full extent of their own powers is a good one in its own right.
Validor is unique. And so he should be.

So far the chapter is really good, I do like the focus on the story since it creates balance with the action of the previous chapters.
The little snake/worm golem is quite adorable, I must say.
