Working on Red, Blue, and Green right now... as well as night and day...
Insparation... (sp
) FF duh... anyway I have to say that I realy like this pic. I think that even though this is good I'm relying far to much on digital means to achieve the final result and... I plan on focusing more on traditianl media after ... or at least less digital effects.... *sigh*Any way I hope you like....
Completion time 12+ hours

the hair definition here is better, nice clean lines again and creative background
the wraps on her legs seem a little flat, but they are thin after all so i guess it would look weird having it too thick

For critique, I'd say that her forearms and her hands are a bit too small in proportion to her torso and head, as well as her legs (thighs mostly). For a girl, I'd expect more "curve" along her waistline too. Ya'know...childbearing hips and all 
But that's just me and my nitpickiness. Great image regardless.

The sidelighting on the pic really makes the character stand out. It makes you wonder, just what is going on.

wow, she is beautiful, so haunting. there's just something in that face... i can't put my finger on it, but it's amazingly peircing and intimate. I've always wanted white hair, (not so much white eyes) hers looks great. and her costume is wondeful, i love the skirt over the bikini-thigh-guard-things, and the gauntlets are lovely too. and your skin tone! wow, that is so amazingly smooth and SO realistic, i wish i could do anything that even comes close to that. also, i really wanna know, how did you do that background? it looks so cool, and the repeated squares coupled with her contemporarliy simplistic costume blur the line between this work being a fantasy or sci-fi peice (for me at least). she reminds me of an air elemental, not only because of the colour scheme, but also because of her etherial gaze and her slight frame coupled with her powerfull stance. really, i am just awstruck by the level of skill both technically and emotionaly in this artwork, you've really made an insanely fantastic peice here.
and because you said i could, i have to offer some constructive critisism. only two minor points... firstly, i think maybe you could add some blue tinge to the shadows on her costume, it might make the picture seem a bit stronger, the bits that you put in the bikini look great, and i recon they could do to be just a touch more prominenet. secondly, i think her head is a tiny bit to big, but that does give her a more youtheful look, so maybe i like iot just how it is. i'm not sure, especially seeing as i don't what you intended.
yet again, this work is awsome, i think that your such an inspiring artist, and i'm amazed that you can create such a powerful image with such simplicity.

No boarders should be applied its fine as it is. The only thing I can think of that bothers me is the lip divet thingie just as CrazySkye pointed out earlier, Another thing is the eyebrow. Right now it runs over the hair like a layer, I guess its common in Anime but I personaly never liked it. Besides that this one is a real pice of art. The colour choise is fantastic. Well done.
