I don't see the stiffness, but then you are the creator so you can notice these things the best. Maybe trying to focus more on body positioning for a while. I like to doodle the anatomy of dancers or people fighting... maybe this can help?

lol mine too... there I am commanding my marines to stutter fire and then right after I click move - LAG- when I resume control I am appalled to see the simply walked rank and file around the enemy all the while being massacred.... or when you need to do some fast splits and get lag in the middle of it... sigh....
