could i know what kind of program that you use and what kind of brush that you use to make Zekrom's blue reflect on it's shoulder ^^ ? Thanks

I used Paint Tool SAI! As for Zekroms shoulder, I used the "Airbrush", settled down the opacity and simply went over his shoulder carefully with a light blue color.
