Lawyer by day, superhero by night.While his powers were never the most appealing to me, stories like "The Widow" from Brian Michael Bendis and Alex Maleev and his guest appearance in the 90s Spider-man animated series are what made me a fan of this character. If you though Spidey suffers a lot for not being able to balance his time as super hero and student, you will be surprised to see how small his problems tend to be compared to this guy.
So far the best stories/runs I read of him so far:
-The Frank Miller run (counting the Love and War graphic novel, Elektra lives again and Born Again)
-Bendis/Maleev run with Brubaker and Lark (those are two separate runs but since Brubaker follows very closely events from the Bendis run I put these two as one big run)
-Guardian Devil from Kevin Smith and Joe Quesada
-Yellow from Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale
-What if Daredevil became a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent (no, I personally didn't like the other Frank Miller what if story of this guy)
In case somebody asks, yeah, I read Ann Nocenti/John Romita Jr.'s run but I didn't like it that much
