From your imagination (no copy)? If it's that it's really good.

Learn the bones and joints first, because they are the basis of the figure. Then, you can start with the muscles, because you will now where they originate and insert on the bone. If you now origins and insertions of the muscles, you will be able for drawing them for every angle.

do you have any guide for the bone basic?

I would highly recomend you to look for "Figure drawing for all it's worth" by Andrew Loomis, it's probably the best book for the matter. I learned most of my anatomy from my first year course in med school, and complement with Loomis book and some good videos done by David Finch about figure drawing. Hope this is helpfull, and sorry for the late response.

This sketch is really good! i wish i was able to draw that from my mind! I remember learning about the names of muscles and bones in my anatomy class, the muscles were so hard to memorize for some reason! but i will forever remember sartorius, serratus anterior, deltoid and a few others that r just very easy ones. but i'll probably never be able to draw them as easily.lol

Thank you! Yes, the muscles terminology is more complex, because of the latin and that stuff.

youre very welcome! and i also think its because we didnt have like a mannequin type of thing with the muscles on it. we had a fake skeleton and touching and seeing the bones in person seemed to helped with memorization a whoole lot.

That is true, there are less didactic resources for that. For me, the best thing for learning the overall anatomy is a good atlas, and a textbook.

Lol, no, i'm not studying! Actually, when i was studying anatomy, drawing was the last thing i did.
I do this more for a "refreshment", and for see if i can aplicate what i've learned.
