The light sits in the inverted frying pan at the bottom.
Led lamp bought in a hard ware store. Color blue.
The translucent parts (water)I made with acrylics used in the dental industry. How , is described above in an answer.

I pretend to yes.
Never done it before.
Iยดm not familiar how that works, because
I have been sculpting persons only about
2 years on my free time.In other words:
I dont know squat about how sculpture
busines is done.
You would have to enlighten me.
And thanks for watching...

Will you be doing multiple editions of this when you're done with it? Your skills are amazing.

rvbhal In reply to doktorsquidd [2008-07-02 00:16:05 +0000 UTC]

I never tried to make molds and replicate figures.
The know how of that I have still to learn.
I fear I also have not the means to do that.
Lots of materials involved(and money).
Thanks for the compliment and for watching.

ThingsNotSeen [2008-07-01 00:02:54 +0000 UTC]

did you create this all yourself?? or was it from a kit?

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

rvbhal In reply to ThingsNotSeen [2008-07-02 00:10:01 +0000 UTC]

No Kit.Creation is a strong word.
I only created in technical means, the
idea(drawing)was allready done by others.
Soon she will be painted.
Thnx

i mean did you sculpt it yourself? yo know create the parts?

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

rvbhal In reply to ThingsNotSeen [2008-07-02 12:50:48 +0000 UTC]

Yes,first sculpted the parts in red wax(see photos
in my gallery),then made castaway molds of
plaster filled them with transparent acrylic resin,
cooked in boiling water to harden, and after some
finishing glued the parts together.
The downside of this method is that you make
only one piece of each part. But its cheap and you
can make almost anything that fits inthe castaway
molds.(Bought in dental shops).
