I've been digging around some more and found this ancient thing, dating back to January of 2010. It's a map of the "Central Belt." Apologies for the image quality, but this is the best I could find. By this point, AAPA has moved on from the galactic empire stage and has moved into something resembling the current TL. However, the galaxy is much smaller, and as you can see the idea of the Conseil still has a way to go, and the United Technocracies does not even exist yet. The Inner Sphere powers are there, though.
