I have recently discovered the writings of Gregory Maguire , an author that revisits classic fairytales and adds a more human charcter to those in the stories. I love the books, and they have inspired me to do some revisiting to some of my most favorite tales. The Mad Hatter is somewhat of a self portrait although not a total likeness. I connect most with his absent mind. I will be selling prints of this piece on ebay, check out my store through the website.Related content

I dont think there is an alice in wonderland, but I like it so I did it kinda thing. However I am working on snow white now.
