i never knew he existed as a kid and now i kind of feel like my childhood was not completed

I had a computer game featuring him when I was a kid (in German, he's called Walter). Naturally, it contained finding him in animated pictures. However, as far as I remember, he shouted at me to find him and when I finally did, he always was really happy and proud of me.
