Just a random guilt post of some coloured sketches I did of Sean.Using his laser solidify ability, and wearing his casual gear. As you can see, he not only dances, but models as well, which was the result of him absent-mindedly botching a contract.
His ability allows him to solidify lasers and light, which can also be produced from his energy as he takes in beats. He can swing these plasma whips around for both offensive and aesthetic reasons, although having sensitive ears, he dislikes the sharp cracking sound they make and has trouble holding onto his rhythm when he enters the more complicated strings. Unlike a real whip, they don't require much technical skill to weild, as Sean can influence their movement with his mind as well as his body.
Inspired by Zakuro's killer wet towel "Ekilsax" weapon in Bokotsetsu Tenshi Dokuro Chan. That was one of the most well-animated sequences in the series, I think.
Damn, I forgot to draw his MIDI form! Doh...

Love the colouring and shading i might have to play around with computer colouring some more. I really like the line shade over the colour gives a really nice effect.

I *can* animate in this style, but it's very hard and time consuming.
But Rave Battle will be animated, only in a more simplistic style.

Thanks. His girly looks weren't intentional, but now that he has them, I may as well play it for laughs in the animation.
The style took some experimenting before I managed to get it to look correct, but I had an idea of what I wanted before I started.

Hahah, if you got his gender wrong, then it means that one of his character traits is working. I intend to make some jokes about that in the animations.

Ah man... I remember that killer wet towel. That was one of the most bizarre weapons I ever seen in all anime. Bah, it is pretty painful when a person smashes you by surprise with one!
Anyway, I like Sean's costume. I prefer when he wears it.

Hehe, well he said "OK" one too many times and ended up with a clothing company owning part of his image.
I left most of the original sketching in there. What you've seen is probably a mark I forgot to erase.

Not goofy stupid, but just a bit blonde. He's so laid back and serene tha his mind works slower than it should at times. And he gets easily distracted by things like clouds and butterflies and has a hard time concentrating on something for too long. He's very much a freestyler.
