Part of my WIP comic(spy parody) character designs. The hair will probably change.Mr Scooter is the 12 year old trillionaire super genius founder of Ispy, "the number one super awesome social network where you get to spy on your friends!" amongst other things.
Works closely with the yet unnamed spy agency the comic will be about.
I'll probably stick to B&W, with maybe colour for the cover page only.
