You're going to have to look that up. It's complicated.
Buuut another program that's just as good as paint tool SAI (and you'll hear this from a lot of people)called GIMP.
if you really look at it though, SAI isn't actually that expensive for a program like that though by the looks of it. It sucks that your parents aren't willing to buy it D:
Photoshop is like, what, over 500 bucks? Then again there's the differences... hmm...
Consider GIMP for now though. It's a good program ^^
