Well the linework is traditional, but the effect is mostly photoshop

very nice! that hatch shading is amazing! did you use grey toned paper and white color, or just digitally edit the picture to get the eye bright like that?

Its all photoshop, you can sometimes see the paper, and light sources on reflections from pens or pencils be darker than the glow which tells you the picture is darkened before adding photoshop highlights to the eyes

Photoshop, the artist even has a photoshop section on how to touch up eyes. not sure why some many people think they can get these results by just penciling

Or maybe it was only a black colored pencil and white gel pen... This effect can be achieved without computer's help.

this is all computer created, in some drawings you can see some light sources that are on the table and pens being much darker that the bright sources on his drawing which would indicate he photoshops a simple drawing and punches up the brightness on certain areas, if you think drawings can get as vibrant as some of his work it will only happen with photoshop folks. I hate to see people being mislead thinking computer edits are attainable with charcoal and paper.
