1. DOWNLOAD ABR file on the right side2.copy to = computer - disc C - program fifes - adobe -adobe photoshop cs.. - presets - brushes
3.open Photoshop open brushes ,click to settings -load brushes

hey do you think i can convert the abr to SAI usable stuff? And if so how?

If you really like sai I would encourage you to try a program called clip studio (manga studio) it's a lot like sai but more modern. You can also make your own brushes and convert photoshop brushes to work with the program.
