Description The final episode is out tomorrow (WELL TECHNICALLY TODAY IN MY TIMEZONE *EXCITED AND PREPARED FOR A ROLLERCOASTER OF FEELS o/*) so I wanted to draw at least one fanart piece before that ... Well, it's 2h25 so I failed at this, and it didn't come out really like I wanted, but it was fun to do and it is slowly getting me back into the practice and actually drawing things aside from uni work :3

I tried Different way of colouring too, tried a "simple" (yes very simple xD) flat-ish colours and ... did all that in a rather different order than usual xD. I don't know why I did it in this order but I did ... ah well.

Totally reduced the size of the image too

Anyways, it was fun ! Very excited about episode 5, even if I know I'll be bawling xD

Thanks I tend to stay away from fandoms because of that: unnecessary drama ^^" I wish people wouldn't go into useless wars like "shipping wars" :/ Personally I was conflicted throughout the whole game about whether to keep Max out of romantic involvement and have her have two really close friends, or see her with Chloe/Warren, but in either case she still needs the other one as a close, dear friend, so it only felt fitting they'd all face "the end" together Friendship shouldn't be underestimated ^^ Thanks again  !

Well done, I'm glad you included Warren in this one. Didn't really approve of how he was treated by Max in the game. Seems like she saw him as a mild annoyance most of the time.

Thanks ! The way I played through it didn't make Max see him as a mild annoyance I think, but yeah she's a lot more focused on the events of Arcadia Bay and Chloe through all of it (understandably so, I believe, even if I felt bad for Warren because she kept to herself & Chloe most often) ^^ I just feel like those were what her mind was all about, and thus her priorities, which unfortunately meant that Warren wasn't at the top of things she had on her mind. But I still got the sense that she truly cares about him and she needs him as a friend, and not just for scientific-related matters (like how to blow up a door ^^), which is why I wanted her to tell him about her powers in episode 1 rather than wait until the end ... But hey. Love his character, he's sweet, funny and caring, and ready to stand by Max's side no matter what (and not everybody would be willing to help while being kept secrets from), so it felt more than natural to have him by her when the storm comes Thanks again for your comment !

Amazing work!

Those endings though *sobs then laughs then jumps out of the window*. So good (at least for my pairing either way is gold tbh), yet so sad.


And Warren, my cute precious little  cinnamon roll <3 (I don't ship him with Max but I still love him :3 )

*SOME SPOILERS TO FOLLOW ~*

I actually smiled in episode 5 when Max & Chloe stood in front of the tornado because it made me think "well, I was close enough with my drawing xD". I also loved the endings, even if it was so damn hard to choose (I'm already a very emotional person, I bawled for a solid 45 mins xD) It makes sense in the story, it verified my theories (sadly ), and I thought they were good even if it means the choices in episodes 1-4 were really for the journey to differ & to question morality Some people seem to hate the endings for that x) Ah well, to each their tastes I like the symbolism it seems to have: the journey can go a lot of different ways, but the end can be set to only two possibilities ^-^ Destiny & all.

Love Warren too ^^ I actually still can't decide if I wanted Max romantically uninvolved with anyone, or be with Chloe or Warren xD Took a solid 10 mins before I chose for Max to hug him rather than kiss him in the diner ^^ In any case, love Warren and the other characters :3
