Commission for Xenomic : Ultima from Final Fantasy Tactics. My original goal was to use her "Bloody Angel" title to guide the drawing, but in the end, I went for her Brave Exvius incarnation

Damn, I remember fighting her where she was a beautiful angel turning into a large skeletal demon at the second phase. It is pretty annoying that she can teleport at anywhere and the music when you fought her is chilling. Which is cool because you are fighting a false saint (Or an evil and female version of Jesus).

I don't know if it's a RPG trope, but many final bosses start as something very presentable, only to become a monstruosity later on
