Yeah, it's my OC's little sister again, Rio Kazehara. This time for sure, I settled on a design... and it's a little crazy. Basically, what you're seeing is: She has two pistols, with laser blades on them. Her coat has an emblem on the back that allows summoning, which is why there's a spell ring. She's not summoning a spider, she's only letting it stick some of its legs out to fight. They do allow her to hover and can spin web.In my head, I use this as her theme song: [link]
