★Personality
Ryousuke is the typical intellectual young man whose level of maturity can equal that of an adult's. His high intellect may be due that he was of a "genetic experiment". He is constantly thinking only about his work and believes that nothing makes him happier than the burden of the whole student body.

He can be eccentric when his moods switch depending on who he is conversing with. (This makes him a workaholic, rather impersonal and gratiously ignorrant)

Ryousuke is suffering from a superiority complex, megalomania, and loads of narcissism.

Stuck-up and almost obnoxious most of the time, and is almost always unintentionally blunt. His excellence and stature also leads to his own anxiety, as he only wants to be treated as a normal person.

Is overall an soft- spoken indomitable, intimidating, gentlemanly, secretive CONTROL-FREAK who spends most of his hours doing schoolwork, working and is known to talk to his laptop. He's generally strict, a disciplinarian in his own right.

In times of hardship, he seems distant and cold, as he dislikes poking into other people's problems rather than his own. Solves his own problems and may not tell anyone if something is bothering him.

He claims to know everything going on in campus and when people talk about him behind his back. Sadly enough, it's true.

When he's not doing paper work, he spends a lot of time after-class in the University/College. Not just for his Quantum Physics club meetings but he also is apparently seeing the former Student Council President (*Biree 's NPC), who is seemingly trying to intimidate him all the time and came back to make his presence known to the new president of the high school.

He loses his composure and is extremely uptight when he's around (plus, he's the only one who can taunt him by calling him his "Emperor").

Following him is MANDATORY. He makes sure all things are followed to the dot. He may resort to being a bit of a tyrant. Liking him however, is optional.

★History:
Ryousuke was a genetic experiment by his father, the school director. He wanted to raise an almost intellectually perfect human being, and that became Ryousuke. The cost of this however, is that Ryousuke is forever doomed to his multiple ailments and unusual weakness compared to other boys his age. This did not stop the inquisitive young man, and strived to learn. The result is he gets the highest grades in all of the level, thus making him the President.

As an honorary member of the University Honors Society, he has to keep up with insane amounts of expectation and this can be a due cause to his childhood depression and current workaholicism. Failure to him is unacceptable.

Being in the SC consistently all throughout his High School life, he was given special treatment as a child upon his father's request due to his fragility. He distasted being treated differently more than anything else and started to act harshly.

This changed with his encounters with Azrael Durandt, the former student council president. Ever since their first encounter when Ryousuke was a child, Azrael made him work like a slave doing weird duties and in return would teach Ryousuke the methods of efficient absolute rule.

Ryousuke loves the law and will do anything in his power to make them organized and efficient. This gave him the driving force to lead the school using his uptight and very strict laws.

★Student Council Relationships:
Nami: He confides in this boy the most as they are childhood friends. Their relationship is complicated, as they always quarrel and have petty arguments. Ryousuke promised Nami's father that he straighten up his son for the better.
Koto: Acts as his "older brother" figure. May be over-protective towards Koto especially at times of weakness. Usually ends up being taken to the Infirmary by him when he gets on a mishap.
Machi: Seems to be the clingiest amongst the SC members. He's really overprotective over Ryousuke, and is the president of the "Emperor's Fan Club". Ryousuke views him as a good confidant and with utmost respect for his admiration, but he is still a bit freaked about why he admires him in the first place.

★Additional Information:
* He is a tsundere in nature, and hates being recognized/praised.
* He's a bit shallow.
* Believes in the ways of a gentleman, as he is raised in aristocratic culture.
* Perfectionist in nature and good-willed.
* Hates any form of childishness, immaturity and troublemakers.
* Usually stays until late hours in the Student Council office doing paperwork (to the point he falls asleep there).
* He makes sweets as his past-time. Works in a cafe part time in a hidden place where other students can't find him.
* His composure is amazing. He's very tough to break.
* Is always at the infirmary for his ailments and accidents.
* Was only forced to join Nami in the Soccer team as their reluctant team captain.
* Taking his glasses off can make him feel child-like and unattractive. May have surprisingly adorable expressions.
* If he grows to like you, he may resort to giving small gifts of cake and cookies.
* Many people look up to him as a model student. Though it's a known fact he has no love interest rather than his laptop and his work.
*The amount of love letters he gets is enough to give Nami a backache.
