So, here's Round 3, official page 1 of my entry. No specific cameos in this, it's just random redshirts who needed a ride up river.Most of this was drawn and shaded by hand, except for the sky tones and the abuse of the grass brush.

Part of that could be inside information from the contest. The 'jammer' refers to a piece of technology from Unova which is supposed to lock Pokeballs.
The call was a psychic message sent out by the leader of the Rogues, who happens to be a high-ranking member of the Kanto Military who turned rebel. It basically called soldiers who thought the war was a bad idea to desert their armies and join up with the Rogues to end the war more quickly.
Of course, if it's not these things that's confusing you, please let me know. Cause I'd rather fix it now, before the deadline.
