So this is what I've been working on for the last few months. I've been following Sunnybrook1 's tutorial pretty closely, and I feel like I'm finally to the point where I can really bother showing off.If anyone wants to try this, for your own sanity's sake, DON'T DO GRADIENT PAINTED FEATHERS it takes so damn long.

I'd have gone with a more traditionally Articuno color scheme except I'm a terrible tailor and so I'm just reusing my dark blue sparkly grad dress. The black-to-blue should shift the tone more to an Articuno.
It's been a lot of fun, I have been wanting to do this for literally years. I finally got the last of my covert feathers done, so now it's just a matter of covering my arms! (and building the crown, of course. Not an Articuno without the crowning feathers.)
