#23 David Nassau of The Last RemnantThe area he's at it Fornstrand and it's a place where something very important happened to him at. The flower is a special one not just for himself but from his best friend/possible love interest Rush.
What makes David so appealing? Hell he's a tanned blonde, why wouldn't you think so. In seriousness though if you play the game you get a man who's young yet carries the weight of the world on his shoulders and only seems to let go when he's near Rush (This leads into a billion theories as to why they should date) So as far as video game guys go David is the perfect regal bishie.

Yeah, didn't manage finish the game. I had left last 2 or 3 missions on second CD and my graphics card burn out and now it's few months that I haven't played TLR but David is the best! And yeah, anyone who played in moment starts to think that theres something more then a friendship between David and Rush, lol
