I love this genre of art, and our use of contrast and texture is astounding.
There is very little to improve on this piece. If I had to say, I'd suggest working on how you draw the hair so it comes off as less stiff and more flowing (that may seem weird, because I know how Jrock hair is)

Good lord, mechanical pencil for this whole thing? You have some serious patience. The level of detail is impressive, and the shading is beautiful. It's very smooth and flawless, and honestly I thought it was charcoal. Everything looks in proportion and in the right place, composition is interesting, rendering is pretty jaw-dropping.
