I watched Kimetsu no Yaiba a few weeks ago and when I saw Nezuko, I knew I had to draw her.
The wisteria trees in the anime are also beautiful that they make me want to draw them.
I do hope that you guys like this piece though!

My first impression was that I see an anime frame! I only believed when I read the description!!!
Great picture!
I really liked how you managed to make light and color reproduction. The picture has a very airy atmosphere.
Falling flowers look very nice.
The is only one note about the composition:
I would like to see Nezuko's right eye. I think it would be better.
However, I understand that from this angle it is not possible to do it.
But this is solely my unprofessional opinion.
I have nothing more to add about such a wonderful job. I admire your technique!

This image is gorgeous! I'd say the only flaw is the guy's hair (I'm sorry I haven't watched nor read Demon Slayer yet, so I don't know his name, only Nezuko because memes.) I've seen a few imaged so I know it's suppose to be that colour, but the shading does not look as soft or seem to fit with the rest of the image, even though it's correct. I would just soften the lines for the darker part of the hair next time, so it fit with everything.
My favourite part is the composition. It's been so long since art classes, so I have a vague idea of what composition is exactly, so I can't tell you what's the best about it, so I'll talk about what I know and can put into words. I love the lights in Nezuko's eyes. They are like her brother's, but lighter and more sparkly, obviously because of the moon, but it also give the sense that she isn't human and it's just also a great Shoujo effect. The lighting is spot on. It actually looks like they're walking under the light of the full moon. I love that the background is blurred, but the characters are not. They're the focus and it brings it out.
Basically put, this whole image is breathtaking and out of the works you've asked me to review, this is your best one. Please keep up the good work! You're doing great!

From what I understand the composition is alright along with the lighting and effects to make the characters the focus and that Tanjiro's hair shading needs more work.Β

Firstly, I really enjoy the colors of this piece. I think you quite accurately captured the glow the animators gave the wisteria. I also think the angle of the perspective for Tanjiro's position on the road is quite good (it can be a pretty challenging angle!)
To me, it seems you've had some difficulty with the perspective and shape of nezuko's arm and hand. Her hand looks a bit strange; I think perhaps in this case you may have adhered slightly too closely to your reference. While delineating the lines of the joints is helpful for giving a more realistic form, in this style where the shape of the nose and hair are more simple shapes, her hand may have looked better with a little less detail. Slightly sharper shadow shapes may have been helpful in this case.

I like the color combination of the purple/ pink and blue/ green, really adds a mysterious, dreamlike and spiritual element to the image.

The lighting and rim-lights are well placed too and adds that extra depth to the bucket/barrel. The yellow-green of the barrel's edges works nicely against the the purples.
For the background:
The blur indeed helps the characters and magic effects pop but if your intent was to add more dimension, maybe less blur in the foreground? (floor and bushes).

This fanart of Demon Slayer is really beautiful. The lightning, the atmosphere, the coloring and the light coming out of Nezuko's eyes, showing her beautiful innocence. Not to mention, the shading coming out from the lighting is really well done.
I especially like how well done the wisterias look and glow. They really give of a calming but majestic feeling when looking at them, no wonder Nezuko wants to reach out to it!
Overall, this is a really well done that showcases the beauty the anime shows towards their viewers.
I hope to see more of your artwork and your drawing style.

I have not watched that anime and I guess that's the reason why I don't see so many interest in both characters. Having said that, both expressions in eyes and body, and al the atmosphere you made there, gives a huge impact in a viewer (at last, as alwys with my background, maybe others disagrees). she looks sho helpless but I can say she hides some kind of power or energy (like Baby Yoda: cute but lethal).
The effects on water and all those plants in the road... I mean, is a beautiful scene, and your colors confirms that. I can't do anything but say congratulations. Of course, my main critiques are about the idea of a fanart (Is good, is great, but I've seen them so many times...). Absolutely stunning artwork of Nezuko and her Onii-chan Tanjiro adventuring to cure Nezuko's demon curse with Nezuko holding her hand out to some sakura petals wishing to experience happiness and love with her brother once again. the art is beautifully done and looks almost like a still out of the Anime, I wouldn't say it's a 100% original hence the 4 star rating, the technique is impressive and I feel for Nezuko and her brother in the piece so the impact is definitely 5/5 I myself still have to watch Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba but I've done my best to give a good opinion on your piece ^_^
