Did this some time ago but never published it because I forgot X'D (I did publish it on instagram but whatever) after re-watching Tokyo Ghoul last year I just had to do an OC *0* It's a sin for me not to.

Name: Aiko
Surname: Kasumi
Nickname: The winged Cat
Sexuality: Bisexual
Age: 18
Likes: long nails, dyed hair, make fun of people and humiliate them, yaoi (yep), dark places, making fun of her victims.
Dislikes: CCG, humans, hot places, very illuminated or sunny places, people pulling her hair.
Kagune type: ukaku
Personality: She is most of the time laughing insanely over nothing, kind of a pervert, cruel with her vistims, crazy in every sense, the 2% of the time she will be depressed though, kind of kinky when she has the opportunity.
Part of: the top of the Aogiri tree.
Story: She was raised in a family formed by her parents and her big brother Yuu. They both were one-eyed ghouls, so they had to live in "secret". They were a very close family specially Aiko with Yuu. When Aiko was 7, her parents were killed by the CCG agents and she and her brother were forced to go with them. But instead of killing them, the CCG took advantage of their one-eyed condition and decided to use that on their favor. Aiko and Yuu were forced to work like slaves for the CCG eating and killing other ghouls (as they were one-eyed, they were cannibals yay :'D). Then, the CCG decided not to use them anymore and tried to kill them, but they somehow managed to escape before that happened.
After they escaped, they decided to "change looks" so the CCG wouldn't find them. They took out a ghoul corpse each, took their right eyes out from them and put them on themselves (they did a pretty weird eye transplant), so now they weren't one-eyed ghouls, but two-eyed. Aiko and Yuu lived together until they were 9, were they parted ways because Yuu was still hungry for ghoul meat, and left Aiko in the most cruel way. She lived alone until she met Karma (a friend's OC lol) and Ayato (from the original series), then grew up together as childhood friends.
Extra lol: Aiko, when she was a little girl until she was about 12 years old, she was always a very scared, sad and shy little girl, she used to cry a lot and was very distrustful towards people. Until she changed into the crazy psyco she is now c':
