hah frick yeah she is! i just end up drawing mal and molly most often bc of how hard i ship them. XD i draw ripley pretty often, i promise! i just haven't compiled a dump with her in it yet. (but yeah i love ripley!!)

Can't say I blame you, Mal and Molly are really a cute couple. Same goes for Jo and April (especially after issue five). Hope to see more awesome art from ya!

And, if I say so myself, a very good issue. It's just the waiting between the issues that kill. That, and trying to get all of the covers.

ahhhh god I feel like such a terrible fan. I've never been so deep into a fandom but I can't even go to cons or make fanart often or even collect multiple covers. //sighhh but I love lumberjanes so much TT^TT

Why do you feel like a terrible fan? As long as you enjoy the comic and share you love of it, you're a fan. I mean, it's not like I do art of it (because I suck....), but I still share the awesomeness of it.

As for the collecting covers and going to cons, it's not like it's easy for me. San Diego Comic-Con was insane but awesome (got almost all of the covers up to that point signed by all of the gals except Brooke Allen) and collecting all of the variants is not cheap. I just spent $15 for a cover.

Also, if you want, I could take a photo of all of the Lumberjanes stuff if you want to check it.

idk those variant covers sound sooooo awesome to collect but i'm really not sure i'd like to spend that much on a single issue (but i really would tho if i was actually making my own money!) oh whelp. i'm just grateful to get the regular issues before they sell out at my local comic book store. XD and sure bro i'd love to see a photo. =u=

Well, you can always pick and choose. There are some cheaper ones (the shipping might hurt, but overall, it might just come out to ten bucks). You can also see if one of the shops is nearby (and by nearby, I mean driving distance. I live in San Diego County, but I drove up to Pasadena to get it).

Haha, your reaction to the variants is kinda priceless. I admit, it did take a lot to get all of them and signed (about five of the first issue variants were gotten Comic-Con from Grace herself [since she was manning the Boom booth at the time] and then signed). I hope to get more signed soon. I'm just missing three issues now.

Also, there are some Lumberjanes shirts too (like the Holy Kitten shirt, which I proudly wore to the Steven Universe panel and the Lumberjanes signing, which the gals loved)

hah yeah definitely planning to buy and show off some lumberjanes merch some day (not in a cocky way bc literally nobody i know even cares about comic books but just bc i'd probs be so frickin proud to have it) but for now, i guess i'll just stick to drawing doodly fanart, fangirling with every bit of lumberjanes i hear about, closet cosplaying as all the characters, and trying my best to at least get the issues the day they come out. ((but i somehow have this problem that i never read it until a few days or even a month later???)))
