Well, in a way, maybe RyuV said it himself in his comment reply to Izabella. "The 'art' is stretching it a bit". Even if a blazer sweater is a few sizes too small, putting it on is feasible if you ease it on slowly, stretching it in the slightest.
Or Boomer just forgot to wear his usual one-size-fits-all sweater like he's supposed to.(maybe that's the rrb's trick?)
Or he's outgrown that one.
All I know is, bad boy or not, it's nothing to curse about.

That must have been "Bubble Boy". Boomer got to live his life-long fantasy of being beaten and stripped by three cute girls. I guess pulling his blazer off was part of the fun.
But then they put it on Bubbles so she could take his place. They don't show how that's done either.
