I was working on making a gag entry for the *ZafiroLys fan club contest about the Demon Lords - but then it actually turned out pretty cool...She gets no love. I can understand why - but this picture turned out pretty awesome. : D I enjoyed drawing her.

Spider Queen is INDEED creepy. But the most striking part of the game to me is when it shows how Rao died - it leaves a real impression and it is why I would like to do a comic of this part. *O*

Really interesting with the calligraphy/scribbles (can't tell whether they're actual characters, lol XP). The subtle coloring is very intriguing. Nice use of that background, too.

It's just scribbles. I have always had the knack for scribbling and making it look like some sort of calligraphy - so I am sitting there and I was like WELL HOSHIT time to throw some stuff on there!! xD I used like the painting - and then I really like how light and ghostly it looked with the effect thrown on afterward. :3

Nothing with meaning, lol. Just enough to make me wonder, obviously. Like in the horizontal line, that four-squared box thing--that's an actual kanji ("ta" or "da") meaning "rice field". XD

I like to try and comment and leave constructive criticism. It helps the drawer and that is what this site is supposed to be for - not for people to favorite and then run away.

Same. I'm definitely guilty of that fave-and-run you mention, but when I have time and I'm in a decent mood I do at least try to mention specifically what I like about the piece.

I do it sometimes - I enjoy giving critisizm if something doesn't already have like a million freaking comments or if its new - that is the good stuff I feel good about it on. Older stuff sometimes - is less likely to get a big comment unless it belongs to someone that I know.

It also depends on whether the artist is asking for critique, in which case I will gladly give it. Otherwise it depends more or less on what you just stated as well.

Yes - for me I always figure as long as I am not saying bad things that the artists will not mind. I do not ever say bad things really. Ever. xD I have had really big artists thank me for the input - so I know that many peopel truly appreciate it.
