i had to keep myself from giving him freckles bey

his nickname is kunik, which means "kiss" in inuit because he's got an affectionate personality. he likes giving his friends eskimo kisses. u___u

and before anyone bitchflips over it his hair is two-toned because, like washington, he was not born into the inuit tribe. his mother is inuit, and he's mostly danish because of colonization; however because of his large native population, he keeps up tan skin and dark brown hair + brown eyes.

as far as relations go, he's a close friend of iceland's, considers the remaining nordics distant family, and gives denmark the cold shoulder (he wouldn't if he felt it was okay to let loose on the insults). canada is someone he considers a best friend, but they're still working on their relationship-

and i do in fact ship him with antarctica/marie because they both have some english troubles and they're both cold as shit sue me

the last time i researched greenland was like two years ago lmao so he may undergo changes in the future
