Description Phew. This was supposed to be simple but it took SO long. I used to love drawing hair, this picture ruined that. I had to start over 4 times for the hair and still I'm not 100% content. But as content as possible I guess. Anyway, I tried a slightly different style, more in the vein of Anime. I hope you like it.

It's Tabatha from Tales of Symphonia again. My favorite character, I wish she were playable. Oh well. This is kind of a remake of an old drawing I could never quite arrange with. This time it looks less impressive but I'm way more proud. Long story, though.

Done with: Wacom Graphire 3 XL tablet, openCanvas4.5e+, also pencil and watercolor for the background.

Took me hours to finish, I'm all old and rusty.

Wirklich gut geworden, ich hatte die Lines schon auf Facebook gesichtet, aber auch die Colo kann sich sehen lassen. Eine gute Farbwahl für die Schatten, sie lässt die Haut sehr natürlich wirken

Actually those effects are very easy. You just have to use a lot of water and very little color in the beginning. Once the surface you want to color is wet you can start adding more color here and there. Tilting the surface or blowing (carefully!) can help creating more interesting effects.

I used this: [link] Doens't have to be by Hahnemühle of course. As long as it has a rough surface and a little more weight than regular paper you should be fine.
