Honestly I wish Shego dressed up more, she claims to be so into fashion yet she wears the same outfit ALLLLLL the time. But I guess that's cuz it's her uniform for work? Then why wasn't she in casual wear when she came back after the weekend to find Drakken asleep from watching "Ballroom Dancing with B-List Actors"

The color scheme was because the creators felt like those were traditional 'bad guy' colors.
