Introduced in Chapter 5 of my Star vs the God of Evil fanfic story.One of the Meta Gods on New Mewni, an ally to the republic. The God of Delivering Truth is the direct antithesis and enemy to the Meta God of Propaganda Ruberiot aka Voiceful Ruby .
They draw their powers from Celena the Shy. And with Celena's secrets they are able to tap into a special cosmic force unique to them called The Word. With it, they are able to act as couriers, and thus could run faster than anything in the universe. Their powers are one. These are not two gods acting as one. This is one singular god.
One of their tools is a fountain pen designed by the Meta God of Science Janna Ordonia on New Mewni. Inspired by the pens Star herself once used to write in her journals (see the episode Raid the Cave, Season 2). These pens are incredibly powerful god supercomputers capable of storing massive amounts of data and also inter-dimensional travel. Replacing the dimensional scissors as the age of queens and magic ended.
Mariposa also has cheek marks. Because on New Mewni, Meta Gods can choose to have those symbols, representing their god essence.
