well..no..the lineart is traditional...rainbow pencil is same as normal colored pencil but the graphite has three colors - [link] (1)(0).jpg (i drew this with yellow+red+blue one) i'm not sure if you can buy it in the country you are from though, but in Czech they are usual..there are even red+blue+white or violet+blue+yellow ones
