You see at Kyo/Iori ending in KOF Memorial lvl 2.

Kyo had a brief friendship he had with Yukino when they met at the events of KOF Memorial lvl 1.Yukino knows this about Gustav was planning to kill Kyo and Iori but she went against the idea and fight Gustav instead despite the fact that he gave her a glove that control her flame. In KOF memorial lvl 2,Kyo met Yukino in state of sinister looking, Kyo was angry at Element for brainwashing her. Just he was about to be killed by Element, Yukino saved him in the nick of time despite she's getting weaker. When she was about to sacrificed herself, Kyo told her don't do it but Yukino apologies that she says somebody
out there might after hers before disappears,leaving Kyo saddened.

I don't know about that much either, everything is all Spanish but gladly now i know why..

And yes, indeed that he's crying..
implying a best friends missed each other...
