Hmm, tough question.
First my favorite character was Deku, then Kacchan and currently it's Todoroki. xD So yeah, really hard to decide that's why I said I'll adopt all three hehe.
When it comes to quirks I have to say Uraraka has the best one.

Well Urarakas power is pretty much the same as Puzzlefaces, so I'm not surprised you like her powers XD
When it comes to my favorite characters I have to say All Might and Tsuyu. All Might is simply a badass and great mentor, while I love Tsuyus personality. Plus she looks adorable XD
I can't really tell wich one is my favorite quirk, because I read the manga wich is much further ahead then the anime and I don't want to spoil anything for you. Although telling about quirks perhaps isn't spoiling that much. You have to tell me if it's ok for me to tell you.

I highly recommend it! It's fun, it's actiony, it feels real despite the fact that it's about superheroes and it managed to make me tear up by just watching the first two episodes.
Also they really put a lot of thought in the characters, even the minor ones.
