This picture is simply amazing!
The colors, the setup, the moment - everything! I know that luck has a lot to do with photography - like being at the right moment, at the right time - but this gem also reflects skill, vision and perhaps a bit of dedication. The editing (if any) is tastefully done, only enough to bring out the balance in all the colors. The combination and play of the whites, greys, reds, oranges, browns and hints of blue is breathtaking.
Once again, I honestly congratulate you for a masterful photo and I urge you to keep up the good work!

Thank you so much for the critique! Yeah, I got lucky that everything just fell together, but what you can't tell is that it's a little below freezing at that moment. So yes, dedication will just about always prevail. Thanks again!

Looks great! Maybe you can use a greater f-number next time, so the clouds get sharp, too
